How do I choose a finish?
Most AARANYA pieces come in Gold, Silver or Rose Gold finishes — pick the tone that matches your wardrobe and skin undertone. Gold is festive and warm, silver is cool and modern, and rose gold is soft and romantic. The product photos show each finish.
How do I keep the finish looking new?
Fashion jewellery finishes can soften with exposure to water, perfume and sweat. Keep your pieces dry, apply perfume before wearing them, wipe with a soft dry cloth after use, and store them in the pouch provided.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 business days for metro cities and 3–7 business days for the rest of India.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹49 applies below ₹999.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. You will see the option at checkout when it is available for your order.
Can I exchange the finish?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp +91 90055 13336 with your order number and we will arrange it.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check — to your original payment method, or by UPI for COD orders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is shared on email and WhatsApp once your order ships, and is always available under My Account → Orders.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Tell us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with a photo — we will replace it free or refund you in full.
